1. Cancellations by Renters
- Full refund if cancelled 24 hours before rental start
- Partial refund if cancelled less than 24 hours
- No refund after rental begins
2. Cancellations by Owners
If an owner cancels:
- Renter receives a full refund
- Owner may face penalties
3. No‑Shows
- Renters who do not show up receive no refund
- Owners who fail to show may face account penalties
4. Damage Deposits
- Deposits may be held for up to 7 days
- Deductions occur only after investigation
