Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations by Renters

  • Full refund if cancelled 24 hours before rental start
  • Partial refund if cancelled less than 24 hours
  • No refund after rental begins

2. Cancellations by Owners

If an owner cancels:

  • Renter receives a full refund
  • Owner may face penalties

3. No‑Shows

  • Renters who do not show up receive no refund
  • Owners who fail to show may face account penalties

4. Damage Deposits

  • Deposits may be held for up to 7 days
  • Deductions occur only after investigation
